Camp Miasma (2026) Dir. Jane Schoenbrun
There is a hole at the bottom of the Kober parking lot where the movies come from.
You heard me correctly. There is a hole in the concrete of the Kober parking lot, and through it, you can see everything.
You may think that I am talking about a metaphorical “hole,” but there is a literal HOLE at the bottom of the KOBER PARKING LOT where “he” comes from, and “he” is waiting.
HE IS COMING FOR US, AND WE ARE JUST HIS PLAYTHINGS
“He” – Godric the Gryphon – who is so mad that we have forgotten his name, comes up from the Hole at the Bottom of the Kober Lot, and he takes our tuition money. He – bored of the new Sarah Lawrence – claws his way up from the Hole at the Bottom of the Kober Lot, and he watches us for his amusement. We are just his playthings.
Through the Hole at the Bottom of the Kober Lot, you can see everything. On dark nights, the light from the garage permeates through the cracks in the cement, and the Hole at the Bottom of the Kober Lot glows. When it rains, water pours from it. When you look at the Hole at the Bottom of the Kober Lot, you can see a lot about Sarah Lawrence. More, perhaps, than should be said in a newspaper article, because “he,” Godrick the Gryphon, may claw up from the Hole at the Bottom of the Kober Lot and take his revenge.
There is a hole at the bottom of the Kober parking lot where the tuition goes. This is JUST like Camp Miasma (2026).
But also…
Seriously…
Somebody should probably fix that…
Where does all our money go?
